3.The offer is being provided by vivo rajasthan and reserves the right to extend/ annul/ modify the offer at any time at its solediscretion with out prior information.
4.Fo ravailing this offer the customer needs to purchase vivo X50(8+128G), X50(8+256G), X50Pro, V19(8+128G) and V19(8+256G) during the Offer Period and activate the same.
5.He/she can avail this offer by paying just Rs.1,990(inclusivealltaxes) on X50(8+128G), X50(8+256G), X50Pro and Rs999(inclusivealltaxes) on V19(8+128G), V19(8+256G) & S1Pro(8+128G) any time during a period of 6months from the date of the activation of the Product if the screen suffers external damage.
6.Please not ethatin case the customer activates the product aftert he above mentioned date they shall not be eligible for he offer.
7.The offer can be availed only on ceduring 6 months by visiting the authorized service center of vivo.
8.In case the customer doesn’t avail this offer with in 6 months from the date of the Product activation the offer shall stand for feitedandno claims will been tertained in this regard against vivo.
9.vivo reserves the right to extend or annul this offer at any point of time with out prior not iceatitssolediscretion.

Jurisdiction

Decision of Vivo Rajasthan in relation to the Offer and matter incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the customer. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. These Terms shall be governed by exclusive laws of India and the courts located at Gurugram shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Offer.

Lucky Draw Bonanza Scheme Guidelines and Terms & Conditions

1. “V19 September Lucky Draw Contest” organised by Vivo India Rajasthan is only valid in Rajasthan state.
2. By registering or taking part in this Lucky Draw, you agree to be bound by these Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions.
3. The Lucky Draw will commence from 12:00 am, 18th September 2020 to 11:59 pm, 24th September 2020 (both dates inclusive). This offer is valid on offline sales only.
4. Upon the purchase of vivo V19(any variant) or every new purchase of vivo V19 from the recognised vivo retail outlet, customer will be given one lucky draw participation chance using the Lucky Draw link or QR code.
5. Upon participation in the Lucky Draw, each participant stands one change to receive any of the following prize:
